Sarah Heintz
Founder & Digital Marketing Strategist
Holding a Master’s in Psychology from Germany, her place of birth and upbringing, combined with 9 strong years of learning, hard work across Europe and Cape Town, and determination, has led Sarah to go out on her own and open Digital Fox. Sarah is a PPC expert and a Digital Media Strategist – taking in marketing strategies holistically to ensure the client’s success.
Born in the picturesque town of Speyer, Germany, Sarah attended a well-known girls school and, after graduating from high school with distinction, she decided to follow her strong interest in Psychology at the University of Koblenz-Landau. As a student still, Sarah’s first experience in the working world was in Frankfurt as a part of the Strategic Human Resources Management team at Deutsche Bank AG in 2008.
Post completing her experience at DB AG, Sarah headed off to carry on her studies in Finland as a study abroad programme. This was a great place to not only engage in her Psychology major but also to broaden her English skills and travel around Europe. During these 6 months, Sarah managed to explore Dublin, London, Stockholm, Moscow, and to go beyond the polar circle and witness the Northern Lights. Post her time in Finland, Sarah came back to another work-experience stint of 5 months as a Junior Consultant at Kienbaum Management Consultants near Cologne. Here, Sarah learned all about Change Management and its application.
In 2010, Sarah’s master’s thesis choice led her to the Research & Development department at Mercedes-Benz in Stuttgart where she developed an engaging learning programme for the team specifically tasked with manufacturing the SLS AMG. With graduation looming, and the wanderlust setting in, Sarah signed up for an internship in Cape Town. Returning to her initial interests in HR, Sarah worked as a recruiter for Students Go Abroad. This choice would lead Sarah to find her forever home and eventually tie in her education in Psychology with the demands of the digital age. Until founding Digital Fox in 2019, Sarah grew in her field through substantial experiences across Cape Town. This included IT work for PixelFaerie and recruitment for 2 years at Arbeiten in Kapstadt.
Finally, it led Sarah to 5 solid years at Traffic Brand, where she grew through the ranks from junior to senior campaign manager, and finally to being a full-fledged Digital Media Strategist – working closely with brands to help them grow. 9 strong years of learning, hard work, and determination led Sarah to go out on her own and open Digital Fox. The idea behind Digital Fox is to marry Psychology and digital advertising to effectively grow the client’s business to its full potential.

With an accounting degree and operations management background, Rosa moved into marketing in January ’21 and never looked back.

Brittni has a love for all things marketing that has been developed from her creative, energetic and competitive spirit. She has an undergraduate in BCom Marketing Management and went onto complete her BCom Marketing Management Honours degree, both from the University of Pretoria.
Brittni has a background working in a variety of different industries through client challenges in her honours year however her work experience in marketing is based in the construction and design industry where she developed her skills as well as others such as interior design through a certificate course and assisting in designing client’s future homes.
Outside of work, Brittni is a nature lover and adventurer at heart; whether it be climbing a mountain, training for her next hike, traveling to new places, trying new foods or meeting new people, Brittni is happiest when on an adventure.

Pauline was born in Kiel, Germany and immigrated to beautiful Cape Town, South Africa at the age of 5. After trying out a few different career paths she found her passion for Digital Marketing. She completed a BCom in Strategic Brand Management at Vega University and is constantly learning and growing her knowledge through experience. 
Pauline is our German Speaking PPC manager and handles the German market, which includes all different types of markets such as retail, financial services, consulting and many more. She is a vibrant and bubbly person, who loves all things paid advertising. 
Outside of work, Pauline loves to be outside in nature, is very active and will never say no to a glass of bubbles!

Also equipped with a background in public relations, Julie is all about putting her best foot forward. Always utilising the newest and most innovative tools and strategies to bring a project to life and ensure the brand’s message is heard. 
Originally born on the beaches of Durban, South Africa, Julie is now gliding the slopes in Vancouver, Canada. When she’s not bringing a virtual vision to life, you can find her enjoying a bold glass of merlot and all food, hitting the outdoors with her two dogs, or being a social butterfly.

Gina is an energetic, self-proclaimed “Word Nerd” whose biggest fear in life is being described as boring.
While working in the events and activations space, she very quickly discovered her passion for writing and concept creation. 
After completing her Advanced Diploma in Copywriting through Red and Yellow Creative School of Business, she was ready to get stuck into agency life. Completing this next step in her education reiterated the fact that she belonged in the creative industry.
She loves being pushed creatively and prides herself on her ability to think outside the box. She is passionate about people, unashamedly chatty and isn’t afraid of some cheeky banter. 
Outside of the office, you can find her socialising with mates over a glass of wine and sneaking in a little boogie on the dance floor.

Currently based in Camps Bay, Chris is a qualified, experienced graphic designer with a passion for digital illustration. In December 2018, he obtained his degree in Creative Brand Communication at AAA school of advertising.

Chris comes from a family of artists and was encouraged to create from an early age. He’s been drawing since he can remember and, therefore, naturally took to graphic design. He describes his design approach as playful with a sleek, professional finish.

After his studies, Chris freelanced for a number of years, working on everything from artistic poster commissions to professional corporate identities. These years allowed him to hone his skills and mature as a designer and an illustrator.

Keegan is a talented Durban-born designer who has plunged himself into the cold waters of the Western Cape. With an honours degree in Motion Picture from AFDA, he brings a wealth of creative expertise to every project.
Keegan’s passion for art and design ignited early in life, capturing moments through film photography and embracing drawing as a constant companion.
His design style is heavily influenced by the Bauhaus movement, characterised by abstract and austere elements that evoke a sense of modernism and sophistication.
Having worked both in agencies and as a freelancer, Keegan has become a versatile designer with a knack for tackling different projects. He’s an avid learner, finding inspiration in books and expressing his creativity through casual painting.
Beyond his design work, Keegan is also a filmmaker and embraces the art of storytelling through visuals. Outside of work, he’s interested in  anything on two wheels, urban exploration, tautology, and repeating himself.

Mumtaaz is a driven and dynamic individual with experience in various fields. Joffre Panchana, originally from Ecuador, studied advertising and graphic design at ITSU before starting work in 2004 for Publigrata advertising agency as a graphic designer. Joffre focused on a myriad of tasks such as brand identity, print campaigns, photo retouching, packaging, stationery, logos, etc. In 2008, Joffre decided to further his skills by studying website design and development, as well as programming, over the course of 2 years in an IT College in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
After completing his studies, Joffre started working remotely for companies based in New York, all across Europe, and South Africa. As a freelance developer, Joffre worked on a variety of projects from logotype, branding, and websites to focusing on building entire e-commerce websites.
Visiting Cape Town in 2012, Joffre fell in love with the city and decided he had to spend more time here. One of Joffre’s earliest projects in the mother city was developing the website for Greenpoint’s beloved The Piano Bar, which then connected him to many more clients. Since then, he has worked with several local clients; fulfilling a multitude of requests, from logo design, stationery, brand identity, video, and drone footage, and complex e-store sites.
